Job Description
- Lead NPI/In market projects for all major GCF/PTCRB for smartphones and wireless devices, managing deliverables for major/minor releases, coordinating testing activities, and securing cross-labs resources.
- Support multiple simultaneous projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot/resolve reported issues and managing communication or escalating technical issues when necessary.
- Partner with test equipment vendors to ensure test system hardware and software readiness, mitigating risks for Pixel product certification.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify certification test requirements/timelines with Cert. T/PGMs, serving as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GCF/PTCRB, CTIA and carrier certifications.
- Manage GCF/PTCRB and carrier test plan updates by aligning test equipment and team readiness, ensuring all testing strictly meets 3GPP and carrier certification standards.
