Let’s energize the future together.  New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Records Analyst to support the Pipeline Integrity team’s efforts to maintain accurate records as mandated by 49 CFR 192 for its natural gas transmission system. Major Responsibilities: Maintain records of transmission system components and piping to ensure Traceable, Verifiable, and Complete (TVC) compliance in accordance with 49 CFR 192. Maintain and retrieve records supporting NJNG’s MAOP (Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure) Reconfirmation requirements in compliance with federal regulations. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the GIS system remains accurate, current, and reliable. Manage electronic data records and ensure accurate integration into Pipeline Integrity database systems. Maintain working knowledge of NJNG standards, including pipeline construction, inspection, cathodic protection, coating practices, and the Standard Operating & Maintenance Environment (SOME). Conduct site inspections, as needed, to obtain and validate field data and records. Recommend standards for integrity management practices and provide technical guidance across departments. Collaborate with team members to improve processes, drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Maintain Operator Qualifications (OQ) as required for the Pipeline Integrity function. Promote and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and utilizing required safety equipment. Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Provide general support to team members and assist with additional duties as needed. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in a related field. At least 2 prior years’ experience  in an office environment (internship or full-time) with exposure to a variety of responsibilities is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; advanced Excel skills, including modeling experience, is preferred. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and accuracy skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. Travel Requirements: Exposure to field conditions within our service territory. There may be seldom training opportunities that would require out of state overnight stay(s). 20% * The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary. This position is deemed safety-sensitive under the U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s (PHMSA) regulations. Among other things, employees in this position are subject to drug and alcohol testing, including pre-employment testing, random testing, reasonable suspicion testing and post-accident testing. PHMSA-required drug tests include testing for marijuana. The use of marijuana, or testing positive for marijuana, is disqualifying and will lead to removal from performing safety-sensitive functions as well as disciplinary action. Location type is On-site. Other Details: Compensation: Expected base pay range for this role will be $53,500- $72,000.Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program.
