Job Description
- Represent gTech as the primary face for AMER Customer Experience, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a unified strategy to the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business.
- Partner daily with business leadership to drive solution activation, resolve escalations, and advocate continuous service improvements.
- Track business strategies and feedback to proactively align and optimize gTech solutions design and delivery.
- Conduct opportunity analyses to provide actionable recommendations that maximize advertiser value.
- Prepare executive communications and performance reporting regarding service engagement, operations, and stakeholder satisfaction.
