What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Compensations Analyst within our Variable Sales Compensation division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in Toronto, ON. In this role, the Compensation Analyst works closely with business leaders and the Compensation manager to administer sales variable compensation calculations, modeling ROI analysis, reporting deliverables including preparing management reports, presentations, and documenting business process.
This is an exciting and the critical role in the organization as this team manages the variable compensation for 400+ HC which involves various levels of corporate strategies with the power of real time compensation analytics, business intelligence tools and in-house platforms. You will report directly to the Manager of Variable Sales Compensation and regularly collaborate with the team and other departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
The primary responsibility of this position is to support the regional sales leaders, Chief Data and Analytics officer and the Compensation Manager in the administration of global sales variable compensation and calculations including commissions, sales bonuses, and incentives.
Running monthly sales commission processes for various roles across the different geo’s we operate in.
Maintaining compensation structures on the required systems based on Commission Plans
Building and modeling pay for performance sales commission and incentive plans for various roles from inside sales team to senior sales management team which deliver enhanced business performance.
Calculating monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts for sales and leadership roles with accuracy and timeliness.
Administering and tracking individual performance under sales incentive programs.
Measuring sales performance against an established set of KPIs.
Engaging with the business leaders on the sales ROI and promote new incentives to motivate the sales team to support organization growth.
Analyzing, reconciling, and auditing commission and incentive calculations to ensure compliance with approved plans and policies.
Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of sales programs.
Responding to inquiries regarding compensation payout, policies, and procedures.
Assisting in automation of key process and maintain regular reports
Identifying and recommending improvements to current processes, with a focus on increased efficiencies and enhanced value-added analytics.
Introducing new analysis and reporting formats which provide insights to different areas of the business.
Providing support on variety of integration and other special projects central to improving internal business processes including defining business needs into product requirements.
Supporting a variety of special compensation projects to improve internal business processes.
Assisting in implementing solutions for variable compensation reporting and modeling.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all compensation-related processes, systems, and procedures.
Supporting a variety of special compensation and partnership revenue share projects to improve internal business processes.
Assisting in implementing solutions for variable compensation and partner revenue share reporting and modeling.
Qualifications & Skills
3 - 4 Years’ Experience in sales compensation and data analytics
Business Intelligence tool(s) (e.g.Power BI)
Compensation modeling, incentive plan administration
Data analysis, reconciliation, and data mapping
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft SQL and VBA/Macros
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
Other requirements (nice to have):
Basic Knowledge on CRM (Salesforce)

At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $65,000-$78,000.
