The Opportunity:

As a Senior Employer Brand Specialist for Southeast Asia (SEA), you’ll champion region-wide plans that bring our Global Employer Brand strategy to life. You'll be responsible for driving excellence and executing the strategy, making it culturally relevant for the diverse talent market needs across three major workstreams: branding & recruitment marketing, employee social advocacy, and university relations. Across the SEA market, you’ll partner with various stakeholder groups to translate business recruitment goals into initiatives that position us as a destination employer and aid in talent attraction. Although the role requires a strategic mindset from a stakeholder management perspective, connecting the dots across our various businesses and countries, this is largely ab execution-based role, so it is perfect for a storyteller and hands-on person who likes to see projects end-to-end. For our part, we offer an opportunity for you to shape how our brand shows up for millions of candidates, supporting a brand that is making a difference, while working with fantastic colleagues in a truly global landscape. This role reports to the Employer Brand Lead for Southeast Asia.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Execute the regional EB direction within your market and collaborate directly with business units, functions, and regions to ensure market relevancy
  • Work with your market leader to establish a cohesive market plan across the assigned responsible countries, ensuring workforce plan and local realities are integrated
  • Partner across the regional stakeholder groups, talent acquisition, capability & workforce planning CoE, and EB function to translate business recruitment goals into EB initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and applications.
  • Design and manage end-to-end integrated EB marketing campaigns, including campaign strategy, ideation, creation, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Actively foster an employer brand ambassador community within your geographical hub
  • Be a brand ambassador on campus - plan, manage, and execute with supporting partners the annual university relations calendar
  • Create and manage social media content across multiple channels with agency support
  • Bring a person-first, inclusive mindset to every initiative

Your background:

  • Excellent English both written and verbal
  • 5+ years proven track record in developing and executing performance-based, multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating digital touchpoints, and events
  • 5+ years experience with social media content creation and managing a content calendar
  • 2+ years experience with university relations
  • Strong project management: ability to ideate, plan, and manage multiple EB projects in complex organizations
  • Experience consulting with senior business leaders to translate recruitment goals into EB outcomes
  • Growth mindset with a core belief that diversity + collaboration = great innovation
  • This role requires up to 25% regional travel
