1. Service Delivery Excellence (India + APAC)
KRA Objective: Ensure uninterrupted IT service delivery and high-quality end‑user support across India, Australia, and South Asia. Reduce major incident recurrence through RCA & preventive actions.
2. IT Infrastructure Uptime, Development & Regional Projects
KRA Objective: Strengthen IT infrastructure, ensure availability, and lead infra-related upgrades across India & APAC.
3. IT Asset, Vendor & Budget Management
KRA Objective: Optimize procurement, vendor performance, IT assets utilization and regional budgeting.
4. Cybersecurity Readiness & Compliance (NIS2/APAC Requirements)
KRA Objective: Strengthen the region’s cyber posture and ensure compliance with Normet’s security and audit expectations.
Competencies Required
- Technical & Infrastructure Competencies
Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure (network, servers, endpoints, connectivity upgrades)
Microsoft On-Prem & Cloud Infrastructure skills (AD, Intune, Azure administration)
IT Service Delivery Management (incident/problem management, SLA tracking, escalation handling)
Cybersecurity awareness & response capability, aligned with regional security requirements (NIS2 expectations, breach handling)
IT Tools & Systems Proficiency, including ticketing platforms, monitoring tools, and user support technologies
- Skills : Leadership, People & Stakeholder Management Competencies
Project & Execution Competencies
Analytical, Problem‑Solving & Continuous Improvement Competencies
Should be proficient in English and able to communicate with Global team
- Relevant Work Experience - 15 years
Education - B.Tech / MCA
