Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the unit and service line as needed and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all service line staff.
Education: Associate degree, BSN preferred
Experience: 2-3 years RN experience in Medical/Surgical
License: Registered Nurse
Certification: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Assn)
