What You'll Do
As a Membership Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by:

Setting up and maintaining residential membership accounts accurately and efficiently

Processing customer invoices and ensuring timely, accurate billing
-
Assisting with collections activities and resolving billing inquiries
-
Providing customers with copies of invoices and account documentation as needed

Handling customer questions and concerns via phone and email with professionalism and care
-
Resolving billing discrepancies and account issues promptly
-
Maintaining accurate customer records and account information
-
Answering incoming calls in the Membership phone queue

Collaborating effectively with coworkers across departments

Delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers

Supporting additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, billing, account management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong computer and data-entry skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
