Team Care Coordinator, Surgical

A non-exempt position where this employee is the point of contact for any and all surgical, clinical, and patient issues for your team. Team care coordinators are liaisons between patients and the healthcare system. As a team care coordinator, you ensure patients receive the care they need and that they understand their medical condition, medications, and other instructions that have been given by the provider.
