The Director of Nursing is responsible for providing leadership, managerial supervision, and resource support to improve the effectiveness of an Orthopedic Specialty Hospital within the 3-hospital system. In doing so, this vital leader will have direct responsibility over surgical services, (Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Op, OR, PACU), and Patient care services. The Director of Nursing is the highest nurse position in the Specialty Hospital and works to align nursing with the mission, vision and values of the organization.
