About the Role
- Provide cosmetic dermatology services including:
- Facials
- Laser treatments
- Microneedling
- Support skincare education across clinics as needed
- See approximately 7–8 patients per day (1-hour appointments)

- Cosmetic Dermatology-focused practice
- Currently supported by 1 Medical Aesthetician
- High patient interaction role:
- 90% patient care
- 10% administrative tasks
- Steady, structured schedule with consistent patient flow
- Focus on quality treatments and patient experience
- Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours: 24 hours per week (benefits eligible)
- No weekends or holiday requirements
- 11590 N Meridian St, Suite 450 Carmel, IN 46032 (Meridian Crossing Dermatology)
- Active Aesthetician License required
- 5+ years of experience in aesthetic services
- Strong background in cosmetic dermatology preferred
Promote a positive image and contribute to the growth of the practice. Demonstrate high level of knowledge of cosmetic treatments, skin care products and procedures that will ensure patient satisfaction; perform facial skin rejuvenation procedures which may include facials, eyelash and eyebrow enhancement procedures, and make up application; educate patients about cosmetic treatments, products and procedures performed; develop, promote client relationships building repeat customer base.
• Requires High School Diploma/GED.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Current IN State License from Indiana Cosmetology Board required.
• Current IN State License from Indiana Cosmetology Board as aesthetician preferred.
• Two to three years experience as a cosmetologist required, licensed aesthetician preferred.
• Requires working knowledge of all aspects of cosmetology and best practices.
• Requires excellent communication and people skills.
• Requires proven ability to sell products.
• Requires high level of physical stamina.
