It also supports clients in developing clear action plans for both transition and adaptation, while delivering positive financial outcomes.
We're actively looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team and act as a true business partner to help in the company's growth in France and internationally.
Fixed term contract - May to December 2026
Salary range: 55-60K gross/year
Paris based - hybrid model 3 days/week in office
Your day-to-day will include:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in French and English, e.g., SaaS license agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements
Supporting international Sales teams in commercial negotiations.
Managing relationships and contracting processes with external suppliers and service providers.
Assisting the legal team in developing training projects for the sales, product, and delivery teams.
Contributing to the implementation of AI systems to streamline and automate internal contractual processes.
Profile:
Master 2 or equivalent in Business Law, Digital Law, or DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise). CAPA and/or English/New York bar qualification would be a plus.
Specialist in IP/IT law with 4+ years of experience acquired in international law firms or within the legal department of a tech/SaaS company with a footprint in France and in the UK and/or US.
Fluent in French and English (C1) mandatory, both oral and written (daily work with our international offices). Spanish/German would be a plus.

Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesise information.
