Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to drive Agile delivery across enterprise-scale digital initiatives. This role plays a critical part in enabling high-performing teams by fostering Agile excellence, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with both business objectives and AEM development standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader and coach who partners closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, predictable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine AEM-specific product backlogs (including components, templates, workflows, and integrations)
Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments to ensure uninterrupted team progress
Monitor and report on Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, capacity, and overall sprint health
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors, to ensure seamless delivery
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous Agile maturity within the team
Ensure all deliverables align with AEM architectural standards, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects and Experience working on enterprise-scale digital or CMS programs
Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including components, templates, and workflows
Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint etc.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Background in marketing technology or content management platforms
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
Proven ability to coordinate complex delivery efforts across multiple stakeholders and functions"

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 85,000 - 95,652.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
