 Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (K/M)

The role is responsible for managing HR processes, providing expert HR advice, and driving organizational development across various funcions, including talent management, employee relations, and compilance.

You will have unique chance to shape HR by:

• Coordinate and participate in HR projects to support HR and/or business initiatives related to talent acquisition and capability development and rewards.

• Consultation role for business management across MOL Polska proactively providing HR solutions for their business needs. Support business leaders in all talent management matters.

• Adjust and implement new HR systems, processes and tools in line with MOL Group policies/approaches.

•  Coordinate preparation and implementation of organization developments and organization changes end-to-end.

• Shaping organizational culture and embedding it into lifecycle of employees

•  Proven track record of 4- 5 years in HR business partnering knowledge

• University degree, major in Economics, HR or Psychology

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST, besides Polish language

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Customer orientation/service mentality, Problem-solving

• Experience in working in a cross boarder environment is an advantage

• Willingness to travel to MOL Polska in Kraków (up to 10% time)
