Job Description
- Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before wide-scale deployment. Orchestrate launch strategy and readiness to ensure gTech teams are prepared to support launches and migrations.
- Bring product insights to gTech product forums and provide responsive support for gTech questions and escalations.
- Analyze customer and gTech pain points to advocate for product improvements with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of identified solutions that span across different products while managing stakeholder expectations.
