Your Tasks

• Process Mapping & Optimization
• Digital Transformation Strategy
• Technology Implementation
• Data Management & Analytics
• Change Management
• Performance Monitoring & KPI Automation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• User training and support on new digital tools
• Evaluation of emerging technologies and digital trends
• Documentation of processes and system workflows.
• Comply with internal and external regulations, collective labor contract, and health and safety instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace according to 5S principles
• Perform any other tasks may occur but only related to the field of activity and in accordance with professional training
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all information about the employer/employees/collaborators
• Comply with and maintain IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems related to the workplace

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in process improvement and digital transformation
• Exposure to process mapping, analysis, and optimization using tools
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g. Power BI, RPA, low-code apps)
• Experience with SAP
• Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Comfortable working with data and KPIs to support decision-making
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and digital trends
