- Associate’s Degree and experience working with youth and families.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass all required background clearances.
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Review information from the County Intake Department and assess client needs
- Engage families in service and treatment planning to promote stability and positive outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and update plans as needed.
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle when required.
