What We're Looking For:
The Channel Manager, Senior is a strategic role focused on managing high-value channel partnerships and driving advanced sales strategies. This role requires expertise in solution selling, leadership, and the ability to navigate complex challenges. The Channel Manager, Senior plays a critical role in aligning channel activities with Zebra’s long-term business goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and drive business growth
• Lead the development of tailored solutions that address complex partner and customer needs
• Oversee the development and execution of high-impact strategies for key channel accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
• Lead the resolution of complex challenges by identifying resources, developing contingency plans, and implementing solutions
• Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify trends and optimize results
• Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement
• Understands and resolves problems with support from technical resources
• Responsible for individual revenue attainment with established prices and personal expenses
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree. Advanced Degree preferred
• 5+ years of applicable work experience
• Equivalency: Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Solid understanding of Zebra’s products, services, and solutions to effectively address channel partner needs
• Deep understanding of industry trends and channel dynamics
• Proficient in solution selling and negotiation techniques
• Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with senior-level decision-makers
• Ability to analyze market data and partner performance to develop actionable insights
• Ability to develop business solutions that drive mutual profitability for Zebra and its partners
• Capacity to develop creative approaches to complex channel challenges
• Salesforce.com experience preferred
• Ability to work with data and AI to identify trends, opportunities, and insights to create customer specific strategy
• Adaptable to new technologies and resilient in the face of changing partner needs
• Apply consultative selling, needs analysis, and solution-selling techniques to propose tailored products and services that address customer challenges and deliver measurable results
