We are looking for a HR Advisor.

 

What Will You Do?

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and managers in all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for providing advice, guidance, and support and ensure we are compliance with local regulations and company standards. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager for the region, you will be part of a global HR team where we work closely and share best practices.

 

How Will You Do It?

  • Cultivate trust and collaboration by partnering with employees and managers to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively.
  • Enhance operational effectiveness by streamlining HR processes and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by utilizing feedback to implement innovative solutions and enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to align HR initiatives with broader company objectives, fostering a cohesive and inclusive workplace.
  • Provide expert support on employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless lifecycle experience for all personnel.
  • Liaise with union representatives to uphold collective agreements and maintain positive relationships.
  • Manage accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.

What Are We Looking For?

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a global organization.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, such as Workday, and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse team dynamics and work independently.
