WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Manager IV performs advanced (senior-level) managerial work administering the daily operations and activities of an agency’s business function, division, or department. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. 

YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
- Manage the end-to-end data collection and reporting process, encompassing metric definition and compilation, data visualization, report generation and dashboard maintenance
- Coordinate input from internal and external stakeholders on their data analytics needs
- Work with executive management to develop and implement long- and short-term goals
- Identify and make recommendations for maintenance and enhancement of TWC’s Workforce Development data analytics tools
- Plan the development and implementation of enhanced business and automation projects, adhering to sound development standards, ensuring deliverables meet the agreed upon quality and content and are reviewed and accepted by all appropriate parties before acceptance. Develop, implement, and maintain performance accountability and quality assurance processes, best practices, and standards for the department
- Collaborate with other TWC divisions to collect and report key metrics
- Manage staff to ensure that customer support tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner
- Motivate and develop staff, prepare and evaluate budget requests, and monitor expenditures
- Perform other duties as assigned. 

YOU QUALIFY WITH:
- Five years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency, one year and six months of which must have been in an administrative management or supervisory capacity. 
- Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position. 

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT WITH:
Knowledge of:
- Best practices in data analysis including reasonability tests and QA
- Relational databases and query languages
- Data analytic software and tools for the analysis and development of visualizations (Power BI, Excel, SQL Management Studio, Tableau)
- Microsoft Office 365 application suite
Skill in:
- Supervising, coaching and motivating staff to meet performance goals
- Managing relationships with stakeholders to develop business requirements and modification requests
- Creating new reports and specialized research projects including statistical analysis
- Establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools to monitor functions and ensure department goals and priorities are continually met on time
- Coordinating and evaluating program activities, and implementing new ways for staff to work smarter, more efficiently, and be better organized
- Preparing and delivering presentations, reports and recommendations
- Balancing competing priorities and requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SQL: Demonstrated expertise in writing complex queries and relational databases
- Python: Proficient in Python programming for data analysis and automation
- Data Visualization: Power BI and Tableau experience
- MS Excel: Advanced skills in creating and manipulating pivot tables and charts
- Microsoft Suite: Experience administering SharePoint and utilizing Forms, Power Automate, and Power Apps
