Forklift Operator, Dairy Cold Room - Day Shift

Safely operates assigned equipment and replenishes slot locations. Follow all required work safe practices. This would include compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc. Essential Duties:  

Report all malfunctions on equipment, and safety issues and/or unsafe practices immediately. Must obey all signs and lock out / tag out devices. Report any accidents or injuries immediately.
