Position: Corporate Recruiter Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time) Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, and Flooring. Purpose of Position: As a Corporate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will support the growth and operation of West Shore Home’s corporate departments through a series of tasks including, but not limited to sourcing, evaluation, phone screening of internal and external candidates, and facilitation hiring decisions for all assigned positions, including mid-level leadership roles in those departments. Key Role Accountabilities: Manage all requisitions assigned by Corporate Recruiting Assistant Manager, specializing in those designated as ‘General Corporate’ by Talent Acquisition Leadership. Responsible for developing recruiting strategies to fill corporate requisitions in stratums I, II, and III. Utilize job boards to engage with passive and active job seekers, send in-mails, outreach messages, and sourcing qualified candidates. Responsible for managing the entire candidate life cycle. Accountable for meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs) designated by the Corporate Recruiting Assistant Manager and the Director of Talent Acquisition. Must-Have Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas. Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment. A track record of success working in a KPI metric environment. Ability to communicate and present key data points to leadership both inside of Talent Acquisition group and the business. Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
