About the role
Binocs is our SaaS solution built for complex planning and scheduling in QC labs and CGT operations. Our enterprise customer base is growing globally, especially across life sciences. As we continue to grow our recurring SaaS business across global life sciences clients, we’re leveling up our commercial operations. We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to strengthen and grow our commercial footprint across global life sciences clients.
This role combines hands-on account management with the opportunity to contribute to how we further structure and scale our sales approach over time. You’ll bring strong commercial drive and relationship skills, while showing a clear interest in how sales processes and operations can evolve as you grow in the role.
Your role is:
• Owning and executing E2E Binocs sales trajectories, which can range from pilot projects to large programs, x-sells and renewal discussions
• Own and grow strategic accounts, driving renewals, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to improving how we sell by gradually taking an interest in sales processes and tools, performance tracking, and ways of working.
Key responsibilities
• Own your account plans and client engagement, ensuring strong pipeline development and long-term growth.
• Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activities to grow existing accounts.
• Review and challenge deal quality, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Support commercial performance tracking through dashboards and insights, in close collaboration with sales leadership.
• Contribute to the development of scalable frameworks that support repeatable sales success over time.
• Share best practices, coach team members, and help raise commercial maturity.
• You’ll collaborate with teams across Belgium, the US, and APAC—supporting a global client base mostly headquartered in Europe and the US.
