Job Description
This role supports the CRM function of our business systems (Horizon Oracle Fusion). The CRM Administrator will support the Australian business in ensuring the Sales data relating to client accounts and pipeline of opportunities is of an acceptable quality for business planning and forecasting activities.
To support the Australian business through maintaining Account records and improving pipeline data integrity. This includes:
Monitoring opportunity data in Horizon by checking for data entry errors and making corrections.
Supporting and educating staff in best practices for pipeline data management in Oracle.
Actively assists other staff, shares system and process knowledge, and trouble shoots issues in Horizon to resolution.
Contributing constructively to team discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Creating new client account records, maintaining accounts, and liaising between the business and the Customer Data Team in the Finance division.
Support Australian team with Framework management in Horizon and SharePoint Framework Register to provide up-to-date information to the business.
Support business reporting requirements and data analysis through PowerBI and/or Excel.
Support Work Winning and BD Operations team in Knowledge Management SharePoint library administration.
Assist with monitoring incoming tender invites and external tender portal subscriptions and accounts.
Adopt a flexible approach to your work by adjusting to multiple demands and/or shifting priorities.
Work and collaborate with the wider Clients & Growth teams to provide general support for business development activities.

- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, IT, marketing, or equivalent experience (preferably)
- Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry or professional services role
Experience in a client-focussed professional services company
Must have an eye for detail and driving results for the business
Be proficient in the use of a CRM or ERP system/database, or any other systems which are relevant to the data maintenance
Experience in Oracle systems would be advantageous
Must have a broad understanding of the business, opportunity/project lifecycle, and working with clients
Ability to communicate at all levels
Superb organisational, project, and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and any other software that may be introduced
