In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with retail and e-commerce merchant partners using a leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solution. You will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, ensuring they are successfully onboarded, fully activated, and continuously optimized to maximize performance and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of fintech, payments, and e-commerce, requiring a strong ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes for merchants. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, integrations, operations, and marketing to drive seamless execution and resolve issues quickly.
