This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager, Flex Pay based in the United States.

In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with retail and e-commerce merchant partners using a leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solution. You will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, ensuring they are successfully onboarded, fully activated, and continuously optimized to maximize performance and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of fintech, payments, and e-commerce, requiring a strong ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes for merchants. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, integrations, operations, and marketing to drive seamless execution and resolve issues quickly. A key part of your impact will come from monitoring account health, delivering performance insights, and identifying expansion opportunities through data-driven recommendations. This is a high-growth, fast-paced environment where relationship-building, commercial thinking, and execution excellence are essential.
