Your role is to build momentum, solve challenges before they escalate, and ensure every team is motivated, aligned, and delivering at a high level. The Production Manager is responsible for directing and monitoring fabrication shop activities, fabrication progress, and necessary resources to meet the production schedule and metrics daily.
