Director of Surveillance

Establishes and coordinates the surveillance departments’ activities and its personnel. Provides supervision and instruction on the use of surveillance equipment, to include, visual observations of table games and slot activities, cage activities, count rooms, and other related areas of the casino/resort. Performs as a company agent in deterring theft, cheating, and is a primary contributor in the protection of the company’s assets. Performs as a liaison with the Indiana Gaming Commission.
