CROWN Bevcan Slovakia s.r.o. is seeking a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within our manufacturing facility. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of all electrical components, contributing to continuous production processes.
Job Responsibilities**
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant electrical codes and standards.
* Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve electrical malfunctions.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the appropriate electrical layouts and connections.
* Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
* Inspect electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and motors, for hazards and defects.
* Replace faulty electrical components and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, particularly regarding Lockout/Tagout procedures.
* Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff to support overall operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of electrical repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used.
* Participate in on-call rotations for emergency electrical issues as required.
Job Qualifications**
* Completed vocational training or apprenticeship as an Electrician.
* Valid electrician's license or certification as required by Slovakian regulations.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components (e.g., PLCs, VFDs, motors, control panels).
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints.
* Familiarity with relevant electrical safety codes and regulations.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and perform effective repairs.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
