About The team The Facility Management Health, Safety, and Environment team contributes significantly to the overall safety and efficiency of our facility management operations.
This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient facility and asset management by overseeing end-to-end facility operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role is responsible for monitoring, recording, and optimizing the utilization and lifecycle of company assets, coordinating new site setups, handovers, and ongoing operational needs, including providing and managing facility essentials. Additionally, this position involves close collaboration with the operations team to support daily activities and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall facility performance.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and monitor all facility-related assets, buildings, and utilities.
- Manage the asset lifecycle, including procurement of new assets, asset transfers, and disposals.
- Verify invoicing for facility-related services, including utilities, cleaning services, canteen operations, mineral water supply, and pest control.
- Oversee facility consumables and office supplies to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
- Analyze monthly forecasts for all facility-related utility costs.
- Address facility issues and coordinate with landlords, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle permits and negotiate matters related to community compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering all facility-related activities.
- Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure goals are met.
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities for process improvements and proactively addressing issues.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks while coordinating effectively with the team and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in facility management or general affairs within operations, including managing multiple sites.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and Sheets.
- Willing to work from Bandung.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a logistics company is preferred.
