The Steakhouse Cook prepares and cooks high quality menu items in accordance with recipes and direction from the Room Chef and Sous Chef. This role ensures consistent preparation standards, proper food handling, and adherence to Health Department sanitation guidelines. The Steakhouse Cook supports an efficient kitchen operation by maintaining clean work areas, organizing prep, and following established culinary procedures.
