Senior Operator - Machining

Your contribution:

• Independently operate multiple machines, equipment, and tools.
• Read and follow project drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Comply with written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain equipment by performing daily TPM and 5S activities.
• Provide support or substitute for other employees when needed.
• Manage materials on the production line – ensure the line is fully supplied with all necessary materials.
• Promote and contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing process losses.
• Ensure smooth material flow throughout the production process.
• Inspect parts and assemblies according to prescribed criteria, standards, and required frequency.
• Detect and resolve irregularities in work equipment (tools, operating methods, machine wear parts, etc.).
• Set and adjust parameters for optimal machine performance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or team leader within the area.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Education level: Lower vocational education (2-year program).
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years of operational experience.
• Language skills: English – A1 (basic level).
• Computer skills: Basic computer literacy.
• Understanding of relevant technologies.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Independence and proactivity.
• High motivation.
