Job Description
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel, expenses, and daily administrative operations.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, materials, agendas, and technology support.
- Prepare and proofread presentations, reports, communications, and briefing documents.
- Prioritize sensitive matters, maintain confidentiality, and keep leadership informed of critical updates.
- Support special projects, reporting, and business operations initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Independently manage competing priorities and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience managing complex travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services, technology, data, or enterprise software.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and executive initiatives.
