Our Payroll Team plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional employee experience through accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. We are responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring adherence to labor, tax, and social security regulations, and delivering reliable payroll data that supports strategic decision-making across the organization.

As the company continues to scale, payroll becomes increasingly strategic. The team works closely with People, Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure operational excellence, maintain compliance across all payroll-related obligations, and continuously improve processes through automation and technology.

Challenges That Await You

  • Operate within a fast-paced and constantly changing regulatory and business landscape, requiring agility and proactive adaptation to labor, payroll, and social security regulations.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end payroll processes capable of supporting rapid company growth, increasing headcount, and evolving organizational structures.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing across diverse compensation models, including fixed and variable compensation, bonuses, benefits, allowances, leaves, and other employee-related payments.
  • Lead payroll automation initiatives, implement technology solutions, and enhance payroll controls, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency while minimizing manual processes.
  • Deliver a seamless and reliable payroll experience for employees while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and internal controls.
  • Partner effectively with People, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external payroll providers to ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely execution of payroll cycles and related processes.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • +5 years of experience in Payroll Management, Payroll Operations or related functions within high-growth companies, multinational organizations, shared services environments, or regulated industries. Experience managing payroll processes at scale is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of Colombian labor legislation, payroll regulations, social security contributions, parafiscal obligations, employee benefits, tax withholdings, and payroll compliance requirements. Experience interpreting regulatory updates and assessing their operational impact.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing payroll processes, controls, and governance frameworks that improve accuracy, compliance, scalability, and employee satisfaction.
  • Experience managing payroll audits, labor inspections, internal control reviews, and regulatory requirements. Ability to prepare supporting documentation and ensure compliance with applicable labor and payroll regulations.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex payroll calculations, variable compensation programs, employee lifecycle events, benefits administration, leave management, and payroll reconciliations.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, ERP platforms, and/or data analysis tools is preferred. Experience leading payroll automation initiatives, reporting enhancements, and process optimization projects is highly valued. 
  • Strong ability to lead payroll teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex payroll and compliance matters clearly. Experience collaborating with People, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors in cross-functional environments is essential.
  • English proficiency is required.
