This role will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external clients
- Management of complex calendar and scheduling and day to day action lists to support executive
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Process expense reports for Senior Leadership Team
- Act as the liaison to the corporate office & develop relationships with executive contacts, on behalf of the CEO
- Alert executive to upcoming meetings & deadlines, and assist with research & meeting preparation
- General administrative support including managing personal affairs for CEO
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
- Arrange corporate events
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism
- Other administrative office duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Diligent time management skills
- Uphold strict level of confidentiality
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Bilingual in Mandarin strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Concur preferred
- Basic data analysis and data accuracy
- Secure management of confidential and sensitive records/information
