• Accept deliveries and inspect for shipping damage.
• Separate mail into delivery groups.
• Log packages into system.
• Receive purchase orders.
• Securely box items.
• Confirm returns into system.
• Create shipping labels (UPS/FedEx/DHL).
• Communicate with various departments and executive admins.
• Other duties as assigned.

• GED, HS Diploma, or equivalent + min 2 years of related shipping or admin support experience.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to acquire job skills and learn company and department policies, procedures, and processes to complete routine tasks. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
• Works independently on moderately complex and semi-routine tasks. 
• Communicates effectively and professionally
• Follow established safety guidelines and procedures for routine work. Requires instruction only on new assignments.
• Able to travel between sites as needed.
