Job Description

World Waterpark Guest Services Attendant are responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests vising the Waterpark.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Acting as a communications relay between aquatics staff, management, cleaning staff and maintenance staff. Selling admissions to people required to use the Special Needs Access door. (i.e.  disabled people or people with strollers) Providing information to guests regarding the various attractions within the Waterpark.  Booking and renting out private cabanas and providing any additional information the customer may need. Addressing guest concerns and answering guest inquires. Keeping office area clean and well stocked.  Helping with lost children. Other responsibilities as required. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working as a cashier or receptionist in a fast paced environment.  Must possess a passion for service, demonstrating guest service skills with the ability to deliver outstanding service at all times. Must have excellent communication skills including excellent reading, writing and speaking skills.   Should have superior problem solving skills and be able to react calmly and proactively in stressful situations and emergencies. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability Monday through Sunday, days, evenings, weekends and holiday.  Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
