Job Purpose:
Manage the overall branch operations efficiently and effectively to maximise productivity and profitability.
- Management responsibility for the dealership operations (with regards to performance and customer orientation) and staff (with regards to culture and team building).
- Drive the team to achieve the target set through budget and strategic planning, i.e. Profitability, Returns on Invested Capital and overall growth for the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that PT PMI (Jakarta and Medan) meets its overall business turnover, PBIT and ROAIC targets.
- Develop BMW Used cars and Auto Selection business in Jakarta and Medan.
- Plan business strategies which align to the Company’s mission and vision.
- Strategic planning to expand PT PMI businesses within BMW network or new brands in Indonesia.
- Strategise and ensure synergies across all operations under PT PMI.
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies geared towards the local market whilst taking into account the cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure systematic market achievement by setting targets and making use of supervision tools, not only related to sales, but also customer experience and brand building.
- Lead the customer journey planning process and ensure that the journey between different channels (online & offline) is seamless.
- Lead, discuss and negotiate BMW business discussions with BMW Indonesia
- Ensure compliance towards BMW Indonesia (BMW, MINI & Motorrad) standards & requirements and other statutory requirements of Local Authorities.
- Manage the team to provide premium customers service experience by meeting customers' requirements and ensuring their needs are well-taken care of.
- Manage and motivate employees for a highly engaged workforce.
- Ensure adequate control measures in sales and aftersales process for 100% compliance towards company/government policies and business ethics.
- Plan manpower requirements, select and recruit the right talents.
- Identify and initiate development programs to raise the quality and productivity of all employees.
- Implement and adhere strictly to the Company’s accounting policies pertaining to discount structure, claims, cash transactions etc. SOP from the finance side.
- Develop a succession plan for self and the team.
- Constantly observes the market and derives sales/aftersales potential.
- Constantly review both distribution channel and marketing measures.
- Constantly review optimization potentials in customer orientation and experience.
- Act as brand ambassador in the car retailer area of influence, creating enthusiasm for BMW brand.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies, Administration and Economics.
- At least 8 years of automotive industry experience.
- Management experience is a must.
- Will be based in Indonesia.
