Experience in risk assessment and control design Strong understanding of risk management frameworks Strong understanding of processes impacting Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting and Tax Reporting Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to develop effective working relationships and influence stakeholders of different businesses, functions and seniority levels Ability to deliver key messages to all audiences including governance and escalation forums
