Release Train Engineer - IT for MO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops

• Orchestrate cross-team dependencies, risk management (ROAM), and impediment resolution

• Ensure predictable delivery of digital products through effective cadence and flow management

• Track and report ART-level KPIs (velocity trends, predictability, quality, flow metrics)

• Partner with Product Management, Architects, and Business Owners to align priorities and execution

• Coach Scrum Masters and teams on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery maturity and operational excellence

• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with 2+ years in a program-level leadership role

• Strong understanding of SAFe framework and enterprise-scale Agile execution

• Experience managing complex digital programs with multiple cross-functional teams

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• SAFe RTE certification preferred
