Senior Associate, Private Wealth & Family Office

You’ll gain exposure to complex client work while developing your leadership and people skills by supporting and coaching junior colleagues, building a strong and well rounded skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Administer client entities with accuracy and timeliness
Support onboarding, due diligence and KYC processes
Prepare documentation (minutes, resolutions, agreements)
Maintain audit ready records and ensure regulatory compliance
Monitor transactions and escalate risks where needed
Mentor junior colleagues and support team collaboration
Identify opportunities to enhance client services
What You'll Bring
2–4 years’ experience in fiduciary/trust/company administration
Strong understanding of fiduciary principles and structures
Good communication and organisational skills
Working towards a professional qualification (STEP, CGIUKI or similar)
