OFFICE COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all office events and activities with internal and external customers and maintaining a professional office environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Maintain a sleek and professional workspace image within our office space
Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel
Utilize office amenities to coordinate events with various visitors and/or customers
Assist with day-to-day tasks in the office
Coordinate with involved parties to ensure that all aspects of an event run smoothly
Organize, restock and order supplies for common areas as needed
Review, approve and submit invoices
Schedule outside vendors for various office needs
Act as point of contact for office vendors and suppliers
Maintain confidentiality
Other duties as assigned
