What You’ll Do: This position is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process. This role will provide administrative and operational support to ensure an efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience. Assist the Talent Acquisition department with the recruitment and hiring of quality candidates Perform onboarding of new hires within designated application(s), as needed. Send and follow up on onboarding paperwork and ensure completion of all onboarding steps. Run and monitor background checks and drug screens, including handling applicable follow-up documentation and communications. Communicate first-day details and respond to onboarding-related questions from new hires. Troubleshoot onboarding, equipment, and system access issues as needed. Assist with candidate phone screens, sourcing activities, and interview scheduling coordination with hiring managers and agency partners. Check internal candidate eligibility and assist with internal transfer and separation processes. Conduct new hire follow-up check-ins and maintain candidate disposition updates. Support reporting and other Talent Acquisition administrative functions. Participate in departmental, divisional, and corporate initiatives as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager or others. Perform other duties as assigned.
