Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Verify customer orders and prepare them for dispatch.
- Dispatch Management: Coordinate with Logistic Team for timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of stock movement and update dispatch logs.
- Documentation: Prepare DI, and other required Dispatch/Shipping documents.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with warehouse, production, and sales teams to align dispatch schedules.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / DME & Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in dispatch, packing & Logistics or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and dispatch software preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
