Within AI-powered Data Management, the Unified Agentic Experiences team is building the autonomous operating layer for data across Splunk and Cisco Data Fabric. The team is building a new product model where AI does more than assist. It connects intent to execution, turns governance strategy into an implemented operating model, and continuously monitors, heals, and optimizes data flows as customer needs evolve. Working across product, invent, engineering, and go-to-market teams, Unified Agentic Experiences sits at the center of a major strategic initiatives for Splunk: making complex data work autonomous, credible, and determined.
Your Impact
Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Intelligence and Orchestration layer of Unified Agentic Experiences. You will shape the core product capabilities that translate customer intent into coordinated, policy-aware action across complex data management workflows, and help define how that experience scales across AI-powered Data Management.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Architecture, UX Design, the central AI team, Product Management, Go-to-Market, and Marketing to bring that vision to life. You will work across products, workflows, and teams to create a cohesive end-to-end customer experience, clarify priorities and trade-offs, and ensure the value of the experience is clear both internally and externally.
Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value problems, validate solutions, and prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic importance. Translate customer needs, market signals, and platform strategy into clear priorities, differentiated product value, and actionable plans that help bring a new operating model for data management to market.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management or technical product management.
Experience building and delivering AI-powered products, including agentic or workflow-driven experiences that use AI to help users take action, make decisions, or complete complex tasks.
Experience building enterprise software products in both on-premises and cloud environments.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize product opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define and deliver product roadmaps.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear product direction.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building agentic experiences, intelligent orchestration systems, copilots, or other AI-driven product experiences for enterprise users.
Experience with monitoring, log management, observability, analytics, or related enterprise platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
MBA or equivalent business education/practical experience.
Experience working across all stages of the software development lifecycle and with Agile development methodologies.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead discovery sessions, influence decision-making, and drive alignment across senior leaders.
