You will sit at the centre of strategy and execution, acting as a trusted advisor on how Technology invests, operates and plans for the future. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You'll Do
• Lead analysis of technology costs, performance and investment, identifying key drivers and uncovering opportunities to optimise spend and improve commercial outcomes.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations that influence senior leaders and support smarter decision making
• Design and deliver financial modelling, reporting and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Apptio to enable transparency and track performance.
• Drive commercial initiatives including cost optimisation, process improvement and efficiency opportunities across the technology function.
• Partner with stakeholders across technology and the business to align commercial strategies with priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Identify problems, build hypotheses and lead structured problem solving to unlock value and improve operational performance.
What You'll Bring
• Strong experience in consulting, commercial analysis or financial roles within technology or complex environments
• Ability to analyse data, build financial models and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and navigating ambiguity to drive outcomes.
• Strong problem solving mindset, able to create structure, test ideas and deliver measurable, impactful results.
• Experience with tools such as Excel, Apptio, Tableau or similar analytics platforms
• A proactive, driven approach with curiosity to identify opportunities and continuously improve how things are done.
