Principal Mobile Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Principal Mobile Engineer to own and modernize our iOS and Android application ecosystem — spanning modern React Native apps and legacy native codebases. You will define and drive the North America mobile roadmap while collaborating globally, directly shaping connected products in access control, security, gate and door automation, and IoT-enabled solutions. This is a high-ownership builder role in a lean, empowered team. You will combine strategic leadership with daily hands-on coding, architecture decisions, and modernization work. The ideal candidate thrives on turning complex legacy systems into clean, reliable, high-impact mobile experiences that connect users to real-world hardware.
