Reimagine What’s Possible
Lead a group within the Contract Revenue Accounting team, overseeing activities such as recruiting, training, and task/resource allocation among team of accountants/analysts.
Responsible for professional development, goal setting and performance appraisal of accountants/analysts.
Supervise monthly accounting close activities related to sales, cost of sales, and other related accounts pertaining to customer contracts/operating facilities
Review balance sheet reconciliation and preparation of schedules to support disclosure requirements.
Responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators relevant to the organization.
Supervise coordination with other finance, business, and operation departments to process transactions and administer/account for contracts per the agreed terms.
Lead process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.
Drive standardization of revenue accounting processes.
