Our Markets team are hiring a Pursuits and Proposals Executive either in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland or Pōneke / Wellington to support the effective delivery of high-quality, compliant and compelling pursuits and proposals across the firm. 

Working under the direction of the Pursuits and Proposals Manager, the role focuses on bid coordination, content management, process discipline, and management of the firm’s Pursuit Hub infrastructure. 

Work with PwC’s partners to play a critical part in ensuring pursuits are well organised, brand aligned, and delivered on schedule, while contributing to the ongoing development of the firm’s Bid Centre of Excellence capability. 

Success in this role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, responsiveness under pressure, and the ability to bring structure and momentum to bids and pursuits. 

Your day-to-day could include: 

  • Supporting the end-to-end coordination and delivery of proposals across mid-tier and major pursuits.  

  • Managing proposal timelines, stakeholder inputs, document control and submission requirements to ensure high-quality, compliant outputs.  

  • Drafting, editing and refining proposal content to improve clarity, consistency, impact and professionalism.  

  • Coordinating closely with pursuit teams, designers and production specialists to deliver compelling client submissions and presentations.  

  • Managing and maintaining the firm’s Pursuit Hub content repository, including case studies, credentials, CVs and reusable proposal content.  

  • Driving content governance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure bid materials remain current, effective and aligned to best practice.  

  • Supporting the implementation of pursuit frameworks, bid tools and process improvements across the firm.  

  • Capturing lessons learned and contribute to the ongoing development of the Bid Centre of Excellence capability.

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting bids, proposals or complex business development activities within a professional services or B2B environment. 

  • Experience within a professional service or B2B environment preferred 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent pursuits 

  • Clear and structured written communication skills 

  • Strong editing capability and attention to detail 

  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and contributing within fast-paced pursuit environments. 

  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement 

  • Proactive, reliable and solutions-oriented
