Responsible for implementing, delivering and monitoring Education Plans in the regional network of doors / counters, for BA and /or BC populations, to achieve sales targets. Ensure retail excellence and enhance house values.
To develop High Performance Teams creating and delivering tools needed.

- Transmit Ethical code and Puig Values
Train & coach BA/BC/BR / Temporary staff and BA Leaders to act as an Ambassador of group and Brands, making live our consumer a unique and very different experience
- Master PUIG selling ceremony with a very customized and personalized approach
- Know and manage the counter rules, process, tools & reporting
- CRM /loyalty program
