Role Overview -

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers, and supporting the company’s growth by attracting top talent across various functions, both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple roles across different disciplines.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using diverse channels.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ professional and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure recruitment practices align with company values and goals.




Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven experience recruiting in multidisciplinary or complex organizations.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing recruitment projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • BA degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline).
